- Each user account is personal and non-transferable

As a user of the AnzFluxWard platform, you agree to:

- Use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Not share, distribute, or reproduce platform content without written permission
- Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorised access immediately

4. Intellectual Property Rights
The AnzFluxWard platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws:

5. Service Availability and Performance
AnzFluxWard strives to provide reliable service with the following commitments:
- Target uptime of 99.5% excluding scheduled maintenance
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
- Service levels may vary due to factors beyond our control
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
6. Data and Privacy
Your data privacy and security are paramount:
- Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy
- We implement enterprise-grade security measures
- Data is hosted in New Zealand with appropriate protections
- You retain ownership of your business data

7. Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription and payment terms:

- Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked

These terms are governed by New Zealand law:
